Catwalk in Italy for Bangkok students

The students of the Accademia Italiana in Bangkok will have the opportunity to present their works in Italy during the fashion show which will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Italian design Institute.

This special event will be held in Florence on April 18, 2009 for approximately 2,000 invited guests from all over the world. Among the special guests present this year will be a number of stars of the international fashion system: Carla Fendi, Ottavio and Rosita Missoni, Elio Fiorucci.

The students of the Interior, Product and Graphic design programs will participate in the design exhibition which will be inaugurated in Florence on the same day, in the presence of important architects and designers including Alessandro Mendini and Andrea Branzi, as well as Alberto Alessi, managing director of one of the most important Italian design industries.
