Strong Pattern Making and technical knowledge
Discuss designs and sketches with Designer and Ass. Designer in order to fully understand shapes, volume, details and technical aspects then translate into a master pattern.
In accordance with designs and coordinate with the Garment Technology, give instruction to create the first sample.
Weekly follow up to Developer and Garment Technology and planning the samples advancement.
Revise samples in accordance with designer’s idea request to define garments fit.
Organize PPS revision after buying.
Create a revised Paper Pattern from which to mass produce the garments minimizing the cost and time.
Size grading development in line with the style requisition and the commercial aspects.
Organize size and fit for each category of products in order to define the company standards.
In agreement with Designers concept and coordinated with the developer, finalize size accessories, specification and artwork placements for samples and production.
Manage job load in accordance with schedule and collection timing.
Prioritize and planning samples for revision
Coordinate and manage pattern maker task and overview of making off all the seasonal patterns from in-company to out-company.
5 years experiences and more in Pattern Making for ladies wear or menswear ready to wear.
Knowledge in making a Master Pattern by hand for each category of products such as shirts, pants, dress, coat, jacket, blazer, skirts, etc.
Ability in Lectra Pattern Making program or a similar one.
Ability in size grading for different target consumers.
Technical knowledge in fabrics, knitwear, leather as well as garment treatments.
Knowledge in computer tools-excel, word, internet.
Teamwork experience in challenging environment
Very good in communicate with a samples room like with suppliers.
Good command in spoken and written Thai and English.
Strong interpersonal, adaptable, high leadership skill.
